Estudió en la Escuela de Cine de Barcelona (ECIB) y completó su formación en la Escuela de Cine Bande À Part, donde se formó en guión y dirección cinematográfica.
He studied at the Barcelona Film School (ECIB) and completed his training at the Bande À Part Film School, where he trained in screenwriting and film directing.
After Cinco Plazas (2018), which received 13 selections at national festivals, he wrote and directed Nadie Quiere Hablar (2019), Tormenta de Verano (2020), and Los Cambios (2020).

April 2020. Patricia goes to her nursing job as usual. Carmelo, who tests positive for Covid, wakes up surrounded by Martians.

He studied Information Sciences, specializing in Image, in Valencia. He joined an advertising production company in March 2002 as a creative and director. In July 2005, he founded 29 LETRAS SL with another partner, a production company specializing in short films and documentaries.

José returns to his childhood home to care for his father, Gonzalo. Old memories and unresolved conflicts will resurface, in a moment where uncertainty and fear will serve as a catalyst.

I started working as an actor when I was very young, having the opportunity to work with some of the best Spanish directors, such as Pedro Almodóvar in The Skin I Live In, for which I won the Goya for Best New Actor. I've always been incredibly curious about what goes on behind the camera, and it was in 2020 that I finally had the energy and time to shoot Latitud, my first short film as a director.

On March 13, 2020, a state of emergency was declared in Spain due to Covid-19. Days pass between WhatsApp messages and news, while people go out onto their terraces to get some fresh air.

His first work of fiction was Colgados, a short film that deals with suicide from a curious perspective, which won him the award for best international short film at the New York International Film Festival. In 2012, he shot the feature film The Heimlich Maneuver, which was selected for the 2013 Málaga Film Festival. After spending a couple of years traveling to festivals, it was released in theaters in 2015 to critical acclaim.
