The Navarra Film Festival (NIFF) announces the launch of its sixth edition of its first poster competition, thanks to the collaboration of the Navarra Youth Institute. The competition aims to select two official posters. Both posters will represent the festival's central theme, which this time is twofold: youth and artificial intelligence. We invite all creatives to explore the intersection between youth and technological evolution, creating works that inspire and reflect the essence of NIFF 2024. We hope that participants will explore the fusion of these elements, presenting visual works that reflect the creativity, innovation, and dynamism that characterize NIFF.​

 

The competition period will run from April 2nd to June 2nd. There is no age limit for participation.

The competition will consist of two categories:

 

a) Free design without the use of AI (€250 prize).

b) Design using free technique and using AI as a tool (following the good practices guide regarding the use of artificial intelligence of the Ministry of Culture of the Government of Spain) (award of €250).

Ten finalist posters will be selected and may be used in various artistic and promotional activities for the festival. In addition, the ten finalists will participate in an exhibition held during NIFF (September 2024). Among the finalist posters, one winner will be chosen for each category (category A without the use of artificial intelligence and category B with the use of artificial intelligence).
